S&U plc announces that it has received notice that Chris Redford (Group Finance Director) has today sold 1,500 ordinary shares in the market and Tina Redford, wife of Chris Redford and a PCA, has today sold 3,800 ordinary shares in the market. Following these transactions, the beneficial shareholding of Chris Redford is 11,000 ordinary shares.
