Director/PDMR Shareholding

S&U plc announces that it has received notice that Anthony Coombs, Chairman of the Company, has sold 15,000 ordinary shares to Grevayne Properties Limited, a party connected to Anthony Coombs and Graham Coombs, Deputy Chairman of the Company.

·      This reduces Anthony Coombs' holdings in the Company from 1,292,609 ordinary shares to 1,277,609 ordinary shares.

·      This increases the holding of Grevayne Properties Limited and its pension fund, a party connected to Anthony Coombs and Graham Coombs from 303,323 to 318,323.
