Transfer of shares

S&U have been informed today that Anthony Coombs has transferred 22,000 Ordinary shares for nil consideration to Charlotte Coombs, his niece and a PCA of Graham Coombs. Anthony Coombs has also transferred 22,000 Ordinary shares for nil consideration to Richard Coombs, his nephew and a PCA of Graham Coombs.

Following these transactions, the beneficial shareholding of Anthony Coombs is 1,292,609 Ordinary Shares and the beneficial shareholding of Graham Coombs is 1,635,457 Ordinary Shares.
