Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has granted share options in respect of 7,500 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in S & U to a Director of the Company under the Company's 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").  

The LTIP option awards were all made on 8 April 2019. 

The earliest date the awards will vest is on 8 April 2022 all at an exercise price of 12.5p each.  The vesting of the awards is subject to each person remaining in employment with the Company for three years from the date of the award and meeting challenging performance targets.

The award is as follows:
