Director/PDMR Shareholding

S&U were advised on 24 November that Mr Graham Coombs, Director of S&U, had on 21st November 2014 transferred 100,000 S&U Ordinary Shares at nil cost to his daughter, Charlotte Coombs, who due to her age is a connected party.

Following this transfer, the beneficial holding of Graham Coombs is unchanged at 1,530,207 Ordinary Shares representing 12.9% of the total voting rights of the Company (1,660 Ordinary Shares incorrectly shown in his holding to date, have been removed).

In addition to the above holdings, Grevayne Properties Limited, a Company beneficially controlled by Anthony Coombs and Graham Coombs, hold 298,048 Ordinary Shares representing 2.5% of the total voting rights of the Company.
