Director/PDMR Shareholding

S&U were advised on the 21st June that Mr Anthony Coombs, Chairman of S&U, on Friday the 21st June 2013 transferred 21,000 S&U Ordinary Shares at nil cost to the Anthony Michael Vincent Coombs Trust 2013.

Following these transactions, the beneficial holdings of Anthony Coombs remain unchanged at 1,471,227 Ordinary Shares representing 12.5 % of the total voting rights of the Company.
