Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

S&U plc announces that it has received due notice of exercise in respect of options granted to members of its senior management under the Company's 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). The notices were in respect of a total of 11,000 ordinary shares of 12.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at the exercise price of 12.5 pence per share.

These 11,000 Ordinary Shares were admitted to trading today pursuant to an existing block listing, and will rank pari pasu with existing Ordinary Shares. The 11,000 shares were sold in the market at a price of £18.50 per share.

Following the issue of these Ordinary Shares, the total number of voting rights in S&U is 12,022,426. This figure should be used by shareholders and other parties subject to disclosure obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the share capital of S&U under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency rules.
