Appointment of new independent Non Executive Director

The Board of S&U plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Katherine Innes Ker as independent Non-Executive Director to the Board of S&U PLC with effective from 25 May 2013.

Anthony Coombs, Chairman of S&U commented:

She brings a great deal of experience of helping to grow successful and dynamic companies and we feel confident she will make a major contribution to the Board.
