Result of AGM

S&U plc held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") in Solihull at 9.30am today.

At the AGM all resolutions put to the meeting were passed.

Details of the proxy voting instructions lodged prior to the AGM can be found on the Company's website.

As last year, Covid restrictions dictated a closed AGM but S&U will be holding a question and answer session for registered shareholders at 11:30 am today, the 20th of May. Details on how to access the conference are in note 9 of the AGM notice also on the Company's website.
