In terms of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the appointment of Mr. Karthik Sheth (DIN: 01965936) as an Additional Director in the category of Non- Executive, Independent Director of the Company for a first term of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from February 12, 2025, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company to be obtained within three months hereof.
