- - Sub: Corrigendum to the announcement filed under regulation 30 Appointment of Non Executive, Independent Director dated 12[th] February 2025

This Corrigendum is in relation to the Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR) - Change in Directorate submitted by the Company vide letter dated 12[th] February 2025.

With reference to the same, we have noticed the requirement to include the affirmation, that the Director being appointed is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.

In view of the aforesaid, we are submitting the updated announcement after incorporating the aforesaid changes.

In terms of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the appointment of Mr. Kartik Sheth (DIN: 01965936) as an Additional Director in the category of Non- Executive, Independent Director of the Company for a first term of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from February 12, 2025, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company to be obtained within three months hereof.

The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are furnished in Annexure A.
