• (i) The date, time, venue and the draft notice convening 47[th] Annual General Meeting of the company, including the proposed resolutions to be placed before the shareholders.

  • The 47[th] Annual General Meeting of the company will be convened on Wednesday, the 17[th] September, 2025 at 03.00 PM at V Five Hotel (Maharani Hall), 23, MGR Salai, Grand Southern Trunk Rd, opposite Kattankulathur, R.S, Maraimalai Nagar, Tamil Nadu 603203 with an option for members to participate in the meeting through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (“VC/OAVM”)

• (ii) Fixation of Book Closure date/ Record Date for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting (iii) Appointment of scrutinizer for the the e-voting process for the 47[th] Annual General Meeting
