S IMMO AG: Peter Korbačka withdraws request to convene an extraordinary shareholders' meeting
Vienna (pta034/22.02.2022/12:25) - With reference to its publication of insider information dated 26 January 2022, S IMMO AG informs that today, 22 February 2022, it was informed by its shareholder EVAX Holding GmbH (beneficial owner: Peter Korbačka) that EVAX Holding, withdraws its request to convene an extraordinary shareholders' meeting in order to resolve on the cancellation without replacement of the maximum voting rights stipulated in Article 13 para 3 of the Articles of Association of S IMMO AG. Likewise, EVAX Holding GmbH withdrew the request to include this resolution item in the agenda of the next ordinary shareholders' meeting. EVAX Holding GmbH has justified this step with a change of circumstances, namely that CPI Property Group S.A. ("CPI") will presumably gain control over IMMOFINANZ AG and the increase of CPI's shareholding in S IMMO AG in the meantime.
