Herr Vitek übertrug Anteile an Ravento S.à r.l., Efimacor S.à r.l. und CPIPG Holding S.à r.l. auf den Vitek Family Trust, wie folgt. Der Vitek Family Trust hält 100% an Gentaviana, a.s., die wiederum 100 % an Estodanto, a.s. hält, die wiederum 100 % an Nuclesot, a.s. hält, die ihrerseits 25,55% an Ravento S.à r.l., 25,55% an Efimacor S.à r.l. und 25,12% an CPIPG Holding S.à r.l. hält.
