Zur Ausübung der Stimmrechte der oben genannten 6.124.312 Aktien der S IMMO AG war und ist ausschließlich die Erste Asset Management GmbH berechtigt. Diese Meldung erfolgt zum Zweck der Klarstellung der am 30.11.2011 durch die Erste Asset Management GmbH erfolgten Beteiligungsmeldung. Aktuell halten die erwähnten Spezialfonds insgesamt 6.644.312 Aktien der S IMMO AG.
