Das Closing der Vereinbarung zur Veräußerung von 6.644.312 Aktien der Emittentin S Immo AG gemäß Meldung vom 25.10.2019 ist mit heutigem Tag (29.11.2019) erfolgt. KLARSTELLUNG: Der Wiener Städtische Wechselseitiger Versicherungsverein - Vermögensverwaltung - Vienna Insurance Group nimmt hiermit lediglich die gemäß § 130 Abs 6 BörseG eingeräumte Möglichkeit zur Meldung für seine an dem Verkauf beteiligten Tochtergesellschaften wahr. Die oben genannten 6.644.312 Aktien der S IMMO AG wurden in Spezialfonds gehalten, die von der Erste Asset Management GmbH als Verwaltungsgesellschaft verwaltet werden. Die Fondsanteile an diesen Spezialfonds werden von Konzerngesellschaften der VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP AG Wiener Versicherung Gruppe gehalten. Zur Ausübung der mit den oben erwähnten Aktien verbundenen Stimmrechte war ausschließlich die Erste Asset Management GmbH berechtigt. Diese Meldung erfolgt nur zum Zweck der Klarstellung der durch die Erste Asset Management GmbH erfolgten Beteiligungsmeldung.
