S IMMO AG: VIG disposes of its stake in S IMMO AG - Familie Benko Privatstiftung acquires 7.28%

Wien (pta034/09.04.2018/17:35) - S IMMO was informed today, that Sparkassen Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group has disposed of its stake in S IMMO AG.

Furthermore, S IMMO was informed, that Familie Benko Privatstiftung has acquired 4,869,681 shares in S IMMO AG through SIGNA 2018 Eins GmbH (which is indirectly controlled via SIGNA Holding GmbH by Familie Benko Privatstiftung) from Sparkassen Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group and that no changes regarding the holdings notification of Familie Benko Privatstiftung as of 28 December 2017 including the change notification as of 27 March 2018 occurred, i.e. in particular that SIGNA Holding GmbH has financed the acquisition of 6,832,561 shares in S IMMO AG by Theos GmbH with participating rights (Substanzgenussrechte) of Theola Invest GmbH and has the right to acquire 2,443,770 shares in S IMMO AG from Everest Investment GmbH & Co KG and 5,353,425 shares in S IMMO AG from Pavus Immobilien GmbH & Co KG between 01 July 2018 and 15 December 2019. Therefore, adding up these positions and today's acquisition, Familie Benko Privatstiftung submitted a holdings notification according to section 130-134 Austrian Stock Exchange Act (BörsenG) on a total position in S IMMO AG of 29.14%.
