S IMMO AG: Letter of Intent signed for the acquisition of a portfolio in the Czech Republic

S IMMO AG today signed a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) with Czech Property Investments, a.s. ("CPI AS"), a subsidiary of CPI Property Group S.A., regarding the acquisition of a property portfolio in the Czech Republic. The portfolio comprises seven office and three commercial properties with a gross lettable area of around 138,000 m² and annual rental income of around EUR 28m. At the same time, S IMMO AG was also granted exclusivity by CPI AS with respect to an additional strategy-compliant and high-quality real estate portfolio in the Czech Republic with a gross lettable area of approximately 134,000 m².
