S IMMO AG: S IMMO AG acquires further office properties at Wienerberg

The listed company S IMMO AG today completed the purchase of further office properties and a hotel from IMMOFINANZ AG on the Wienerberg. The purchased properties have a gross lettable area of around 81,000 m², with annual rental income amounting to EUR 8.4m.

Herwig Teufelsdorfer, Member of the Management Board of S IMMO AG, comments: "This purchase is a further step in the consistent implementation of our strategy. The successive disposals on the German market provide us with liquidity, which we invest in profitable properties in order to optimise our results in the long term. With this acquisition, we are creating a business hub with great potential on the Wienerberg - on the one hand with regard to a possible revitalisation and on the other hand against the background of the planned underground connection."
