S IMMO AG: Changes in the Management Board
Wien (pta026/06.09.2022/14:30) - Following the successful completion of the mandatory offer by CPI Property Group in relation to S IMMO AG, the Supervisory Board and the acting Chairman of the Management Board, Dr. Bruno Ettenauer, have today mutually agreed that Mr. Ettenauer's Management Board contract will be terminated as of the end of 06 September 2022.
Mr. Ettenauer's tasks will be assumed by DI Herwig Teufelsdorfer, member of the Management Board of S IMMO AG. Mr. Ettenauer took up his mandate as Chairman of the Management Board of S IMMO AG in March 2021.
