S IMMO AG: Changes in the Management Board
Wien (pta024/11.10.2022/13:30) - The Supervisory Board and the Board Member Friedrich Wachernig have today mutually agreed that Mr. Wachernig's Management Board contract will be terminated as of end of 11 October 2022. At the same time, the Supervisory Board has decided to appoint Holger Schmidtmayr to the Management Board.
Mr. Schmidtmayr was Member of the Management Board of S IMMO AG from 2004 until 2012 and started to work for the company again in 2019, being in charge of risk management and compliance.
