RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
The Board of directors of S E A Holdings Limited ("the Company") announces that Mr. Lu Yeng John resigned as director of the Company with effect from 13th December, 2000.
Mr. Lu joined the Board in 1996 and has provided valuable advice and contribution for the expansion and development of the Group's businesses.
The Board would like to express their sincere gratitude to Mr. Lu for his valuable contributions to the Group.
