Report Content Notification from a person discharging managerial responsibilities inthe Company - Article 19 MAR

The Management Board of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A., with its registeredoffice in Kraków (the "Company"), hereby informs that it has received anotification prepared pursuant to Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulationfrom Mr. Vatnak Vat-Ho - Member of the Management Board of the Company,as a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company, inconnection with the sale of the Company's shares.

The transaction was carried out in connection with the settlement ofpersonal tax obligations arising from equity-based compensation, inaccordance with applicable laws.

Prior to the transaction, Mr. Vatnak Vat-Ho held 57,000 shares in theCompany, and following the transaction, he holds 44,500 shares.
