("Company") hereby informs that the Company received notifications prepared in accordance with Article 19.1 of MAR due to execution of the Stock Grant Program in the Company, about which the Company informed in the current reports No. 10/2021 of April 20, 2021 and No. 14/2021 of May, 17 2021 as from persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company.
