PRELIMINARY NOVEMBER 2018 NTA RELEASE
The Ryder Capital Limited ( Ryder ) Net Tangible Asset and Monthly Investment Report for November 2018 will not be completed for release to ASX before 10 December 2018.
Ryder Initial Optionholders ( RYDO Optionholders ) have until 5:00pm on 10 December 2018 to notify our registry provider Link Market Services Limited of their intention to exercise their RYDO Option(s).
Due to this timing issue the Ryder Board wishes to advise RYDO Optionholders that the preliminary unaudited pre-tax NTA for November 2018 was 1.4211 per share based on net new issued capital of 51.36m shares as at 30 November 2018.
