DELISTING AND CANCELLATION OF TRADING FROM THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE

Further to the announcement made on 19 November 2021, Ryanair Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that the listing of ordinary shares on the standard segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and admission to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange have now been cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. (Dublin time) today, 20 December 2021.

The Company continues to have a primary listing on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin, which offers shareholders the highest standard of protection, including compliance with the UK Corporate Governance Code, and its ADRs are listed on NASDAQ.
