RYANAIR SHAREHOLDERS APPROVE ALL AGM RESOLUTIONS

Ryanair Holdings plc today (11 Sept.) held its 2025 AGM, during which shareholders approved all resolutions by substantial majorities. Details of the voting is set out in the table below.
