Change of auditor

RWS Holdings Plc ("RWS") announces that, in line with best practice, the Group audit was recently put out to competitive tender.

As a result, the Directors have appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") as auditor for the financial year ending 30 September 2014. Shareholders will be invited to approve PwC's reappointment at the 2015 Annual General Meeting to be held in February.
