On April 22, 2015, Credit Suisse AG, Zurich, Switzerland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on RWE Aktiengesellschaft, Essen, Germany, have fallen below the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on April 17, 2015 and on that day amounted
to 1.73% (this corresponds to 9931633 Voting Rights).
The company holds 0.01% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 57934
Voting Rights) directly; 1.71% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to
9873699 Voting Rights) are attributed to the company in accordance with
