sec. 21 para. 1 Securities Trading Act (WpHG) of the following:

The percentage of the voting rights of UBS AG in RWE AG exceeded the
threshold of 3% on 14 April 2014 and amounts to 3.31% of the voting rights
(19033758 voting rights) on that day. UBS AG holds 2.92% of the voting
rights (16836512 voting rights) directly; 0.38% of the voting rights
(2197246 voting rights) are attributable to UBS AG pursuant to sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG
