Mevcut ortakların rüçhan hakları tamamen kısıtlanarak, Şirket ortağı ve Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Mehmed Nureddin ÇEVİK tarafından alımı taahhüt edilerek tahsisli satış yöntemi ile nakden, tamamen ve her türlü muvazaadan ari olmak üzere, toplam satış hasılatı 325.000.000 TL olacak şekilde, Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.'nin Toptan Alış Satış İşlemlerine İlişkin Prosedürü çerçevesinde belirlenecek satış fiyatına göre hesaplanacak toplam nominal sermaye tutarı kadar artırılmasına ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na izin başvurusu 11.09.2025 (Bugün) tarihinde yapılmıştır.
