Sub.: Intimation about Extension in the time period given for Payment of Outstanding call money in Rights Issue
With reference to the captioned subject read with the our earlier submission dated March 07, 2022 whereby the Company had intimated to the Stock Exchanges regarding sending of Last Reminder cum forfeiture notice for payment of outstanding call money to the holders of Partly Paid-up Right equity shares of the Company wherein it is mentioned that the last date of payment of outstanding call money is Monday, March 28, 2022.
In this regard, we would like to inform that as a good corporate governance practice, the Fund Raising Committee ("Committee"), duly authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on today i.e. March 26, 2022 has decided to give extension to the shareholders for payment of their outstanding Call Money. Accordingly, the committee has decided Monday, April 11, 2022 as a last date for payment of call money. The shareholders who have not make payment of their call money yet are requested to kindly note the same and act accordingly.
This disclosure is being made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The same is also being made available on the website of the Company at www.rushil.com
