Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Monday, 11th day of November, 2019, considered and approved the appointment of Ms. Archee Darshanbhai Thakkar as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director for a term of 5 years with effect from 11th November, 2019, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.

Ms. Archee Thakkar will hold office upto the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting wherein her appointment as an Independent Director will be placed before the shareholders for their approval.

The details of appointment of Ms. Archee Thakkar as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September is given in Annexure A to this letter.
