Rural Funds Group ARSN 112 951 578 (the Trust) Implementation of merger

The RFM Chicken Investment Fund ARSN 105 754 461 (CIF) and the RFM Australian Wine Fund ARSN 099 573 485 (AWF) were merged with RFM RiverBank to form the Trust on 19 December 2013 (the Merger).

The Merger was implemented in accordance with the process disclosed in the Explanatory Memorandum for the proposed Merger dated 21 October 2013 and the Supplementary and Corrective Disclosure dated 27 November 2013.
