Subject: Entitlement Offer - Dispatch of Offer Booklet and Entitlement & Acceptance Form – Rural Funds Group (ASX Code: RFF)

Rural Funds Management Limited ( RFM ) as responsible entity of the Rural Funds Group (RFF) would like to advise that the Entitlement Offer Booklet and Entitlement & Acceptance Form relating to its non-renounceable rights issue announced on 5 July 2016 will be dispatched to eligible unitholders today.

The Offer Booklet is available for download from the ASX or from RFM’s website at http://ruralfunds.com.au/rural-funds-group/. Unitholders can access a copy of their personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Form by logging into the InvestorServe portal via the Registry’s online system at https://www.investorserve.com.au/ and accessing the site either as a registered account holder or through the “Individual Investment Access Method” using the holder details. Your personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Form can be located under the “Online Statements/Advices tab." The Entitlement Offer opens today (12 July 2016) and closes on 28 July 2016.
