Subject: Entitlement Offer - Dispatch of Offer Booklet and Entitlement & Acceptance Form, and notification of webinars – Rural Funds Group (ASX: RFF)
Rural Funds Management Limited (RFM) as responsible entity and manager of the Rural Funds Group (RFF) would like to advise that the Entitlement Offer Booklet and Entitlement & Acceptance Form relating to its non-renounceable rights issue announced on 28 September 2015 will be dispatched to eligible unitholders today. The Entitlement Offer opens today (7 October 2015) and closes on 21 October 2015.
The manager will conduct webinars to communicate details of the Entitlement Offer to unitholders on the following dates and times:
- Wednesday, 14 October 12.30pm 1.00pm AEDT^ (REGISTER HERE)
- Wednesday, 14 October 6.30pm 7.00pm AEDT^ (REGISTER HERE)
- Thursday, 15 October 10.30am 11.00am AEDT^ (REGISTER HERE)
