Subject: Change to RFF Distribution Reinvestment Plan
Rural Funds Management Ltd (RFM) wishes to advise that a 1.5% discount will be applied to the value of units issued under RFF’s Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) commencing from the December 2015 quarterly distribution.
The DRP provides investors a convenient way to increase their RFF holding, without incurring brokerage charges, by reinvesting all or part of their distributions, in the form of additional units.
If you would like to participate in the discounted DRP for the December 2015 distribution, you must return a completed Election Form by 4 January 2016 . The number of units received by participants will be based on a 1.5% discount to the volume weighted average price of RFF units traded on the ASX during the 20 consecutive trading days before the Record Date.
