Subject: Change of Company Secretary

Rural Funds Management Limited (RFM), as responsible entity and manager for the Rural Funds Group (RFF), wishes to announce that Ms Emma Spear has been appointed Company Secretary of RFM, effective today. Ms Spear joined RFM in 2008 and has performed a number of senior roles over the past ten years, most recently as Assistant Company Secretary and Compliance Manager.

Mrs Andrea Lemmon has resigned from her position as RFM Company Secretary and will leave RFM in October after 21 years of service. The RFM Directors sincerely thank Mrs Lemmon for her contribution to the company.

Mr Stuart Waight will remain joint Company Secretary for RFM and its associated entities.
