Subject: Change of Company Secretary
Rural Funds Management Limited (RFM) as responsible entity of the Rural Funds Group (RFF) wishes to advise that the RFM Directors have confirmed the appointment of Mrs Andrea Lemmon as RFM Company Secretary effective from 28 July 2014.
Mrs Lemmon has worked with RFM since it’s establishment in 1997 including executive roles within the corporate, sales and operational areas of RFM’s business and was RFM Company Secretary from 1999 to 2007.
Mr Stuart Waight, who previously held the Company Secretary role, continues as RFM’s Chief Operating Officer and has assumed additional responsibilities within the organisation as a result of internal restructuring.
