At Running Fox Resource Corp.'s annual and special meeting held on June 24, 2021, all resolutions were approved.

The four incumbent directors were re-elected with over 99-per-cent voting count for each separate director.

The auditors were re-appointed, and the possible share consolidation and possible name change resolutions were also approved.

Following the AGM, Steve Schurman was re-appointed as Chief Financial Officer, and Michael Meyers was re-appointed as President and Interim Chief Executive Officer.
