NOTICE OF UNLISTED OPTION EXPIRY

Rumble Resources Limited (ASX: RTR) (the Company) advises that 24,000,000 unlisted options previously issued by the Company have lapsed unexercised on 8 January 2017.

The lapsed options were:

• 12,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.08 on or before 8 January 2017

• - 12,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.15 on or before 8 January 2017

The Company’s resultant capital structure following the lapse of the unlisted options is as follows:
