Rumble Resources Limited (ASX: RTR) – Trading Halt (2+2)

Description

The securities of Rumble Resources Limited (‘RTR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of RTR, pending it releasing an announcement regarding a capital raising. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 22 June 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Rumble Resources Limited – Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Rumble Resources Limited (ASX: RTR) (“the Company”) requests immediate back-to-back trading halts over the Company’s securities. The consecutive trading halts are for the purpose of considering, planning and executing a capital raising.

The consecutive trading halts are requested until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Monday 22 June 2020 or upon the release by the Company of an announcement to the market regarding the above.

The Directors are not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
