Rumble Resources Limited (ASX: RTR) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Rumble Resources Limited ('RTR') will be placed in trading halt at the request of RTR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 3 September 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Rumble Resources Limited – Request for Trading Halt
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Rumble Resources Limited (ASX: RTR) ("the Company") requests an immediate trading halt over the Company's securities pending the release of an announcement to the market regarding a capital raising.
The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Tuesday 3 September 2019 or upon the release by the Company of an announcement to the market regarding the above.
The Directors are not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
