TRADING HALT

The securities of Rumble Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday 10 April, 2015 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Rumble Resources Limited – Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Rumble Resources Limited requests an immediate trading halt over the Company’s securities pending the release of a material announcement to the market.

The trading halt is requested until the commencement of trading on Friday, 10 April 2015 or upon the release by the Company of an announcement to the market regarding a strategic capital raising to Asian and other key global investors and the appointment of an individual with significant resources and global corporate experience to a corporate advisory role.

The Directors are not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
