Rumble Resources Limited – Request for Voluntary Suspension

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Rumble Resources Limited (the Company) requests voluntary suspension over the Company’s securities from commencement of trade on Friday 10 April 2015.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2 the Company provides the following information regarding the request:

1. The reason for the request for voluntary suspension is to enable the Company further time to finalise a strategic capital raising to Asian and other key global investors and the appointment of an individual with significant resources and global corporate experience to a corporate advisory role.

2. The company expects the voluntary suspension to end at the commencement of trade on Monday 13 April 2015, when it anticipates it will be in a position to make an announcement to the market in respect of the abovementioned matters.

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted, nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
