Share Purchase Plan Extension

Rumble Resources Limited (ASX: RTR) refers to the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) announced to ASX on 12 October 2015 and advises that the board has decided to extend the closing date for this offer to 13 November 2015.

Rumble’s Board is keen for as many eligible shareholders as possible to participate in what Rumble believes will be an exciting opportunity to be part of the company’s growth. Extending the Closing Date will allow sufficient time for all eligible shareholders to consider the offer and decide whether or not to participate in the SPP.

Revised Key Dates

9 October 2015	Record Date 5.00pm (WST)The date on which the Company determines theEligible Shareholders
14 October 2015	Opening DateThe date the SPP opens.
13 November 2015	Closing DateThe date on which the SPP closes.Applications and payments (incl. BPAY) must bereceived by 5.00pm (WST).
23 November 2015	Issue DateThe date new shares are issued and any scale back isannounced.
