Rumble Raises $1.25mil Fully Oversubscribed to Fund Upcoming Fraser Range Exploration

Rumble Resources Ltd (“ Rumble ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed a placement to Australian institutional and sophisticated investors to raise a total of $1.25mil by the issue of fully paid ordinary shares at $0.045 per share (“ Placement” ) together with a 1 for 2 attaching listed option exercisable at $0.08 per share. The placement was fully oversubscribed with CPS Securities lead manager to the raise.

Placement shares are to be issued pursuant to the Company’s existing capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and 7.1a. The options will be issued at an upcoming general meeting with its date to yet to be determined.

The proceeds from the placement will be used to fund the upcoming exploration at our Fraser Range Projects in Western Australia.

Rumble’s CEO Mr Shane Sikora said “We are pleased with the strong investor support received in this round of funding in a tough equity market demonstrating the quality of our projects and management team”.

‘The funds raised through this placement will enable Rumble to continue to systematically explore its Fraser Range projects. This will include our maiden drill program at the Big Red Project about to commence targeting a Voisey Bay feeder system.’

Big Red, Project Fraser Range

Site works have commenced today in preparation for DDH1 drill rigs to mobilise over the weekend. Rumbles technical team has planned to RC/Diamond drill 4 holes totalling 1600m with the programme designed to test the EM conductor within the interpreted Voisey Bay feeder Structure. The drilling programme is expected to take two weeks to complete with assays to follow.
