Annual General Meeting

Advance Notice

Rumble Resources Limited (ASX: RTR) (“Rumble” or the “Company”) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that the Company’s Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is anticipated to be held on Thursday, 28 November 2024.

The location of the AGM and details of resolutions to be considered at the AGM will be contained in a Notice of AGM and Explanatory Memorandum, which will be issued prior to the meeting in accordance with the Corporations Act. The re-election of certain directors of the Company will be considered at the AGM. The closing date for the receipt of any nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of Rumble is 5.00 pm (Perth time) on Thursday, 3 October 2024.
