Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to the captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 32 of the SEBI (Usting Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, pleased find enclosed herewith statement of deviation or variation for the quarter ended 30th June 2021, for the proceds received by company on issue of 28,80,000 fully convertible Equity Warrants to Promoters and Promoter Group Entities on a preferential basis on 05th April 2021 entitling them to obtain equivalent number of equity shares of Rs 10 each at Rs. 62/- each (including premium of Rs 52/-) In one or more tranches at any time after the date of allotment but on the before the expiry of 18 (eighteen) months from the said date. The aforesaid statement has also been reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Company In its meeting held today i.e 13th August 2021.
