Dear Sirs,

Sub: Notice for closure of trading window

We refer to Notice of closure of trading window dated 24th March, 2021, by virtue of which the trading window is currently closed for designated persons under the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons (“the Code of Conduct”) of Ruchi Infrastructure Limited (‘the Company’) till 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31[st] March, 2021. The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company to consider and declare the financial results for the quarter and year ended 31[st] March, 2021 is yet to be convened and the date of such meeting shall be notified and disclosed in due course.

We may further inform you that the trading window will continue to remain closed for designated persons under the Code of Conduct of the Company from Wednesday, the 16th June, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending 30[th] June, 2021. The date of meeting of Board of Directors for consideration/declaration of financial results for the quarter ending 30[th] June, 2021 shall be notified and disclosed in due course.

The persons covered under the Code of Conduct have been duly served the Notice of closure of trading window on Saturday, the 12[th] June, 2021 through email.
